Sophia Kailis appointed to Board of Association of Litigation Funders of Australia

Hartwell Director Sophia Kailis was recently appointed to the board of The Association of Litigation Funders of Australia. ALFA engages with funder members, government, legislators, and policymakers to help shape the legal and regulatory framework of litigation funding in Australia. Sophia’s appointment marks the first appointment to ALFA on behalf of a Western Australian funder since the inception of the association.
